Music in Poland

Judith and John welcome you to stay in Rewa during the beautiful Polish spring and join other musicians for a relaxing week. We have comfortable rooms for 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons and family bathrooms.

John will meet you at Gdansk airport, for the 15 mile journey to Rewa where we offer full English breakfast, hot drinks and snacks during the day, but suggest that our guests visit one of the nearby restaurants for their main meal, which will cost the equivalent of about £5 per meal.

During the days the spacious house, balconies and garden will be the venue for any music workshops required by our guests. Your hosts are very experienced in most aspects of music, and whatever your interests, listening, composing and arranging, performing, there will be something for you. If there are enough performers, we will invite neighbours to join us for an informal musical evening on Thursday. Bring your instrument and solos to practice with the piano, and we will attempt to perform an ensemble piece as well.

The price for the week as described is £120

Non-musician partners are of course very welcome too. The other delights of Rewa and the Pomerania region are at your fingertips and travel is relatively inexpensive. Visit the modern city of Gdynia, the ancient city of Gdansk or the pretty seaside town of Sopot. There is even a spectacular railway journey for a whole day trip to Hel along the 20-mile peninsula with the beautiful blue Baltic on either side.
